This Privacy Policy explains how Cronshift, LLC ("Cronshift," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes Personal Information in connection with our websites (the "Site"), the Cronshift desktop and mobile applications (collectively, the "Cronshift App"), and related content, products, services, and other functionality offered through our online services (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy does not address our privacy practices relating to individuals employed directly by Cronshift.

A user of the Services is hereinafter referred to as a "User" or collectively, the "Users."

  • Facility and Organizational Information: facility name, address, administrator contact, and other details submitted through your organization's Cronshift account.

When you use our Services, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect:

  • Device and Usage Data: IP address, operating system, device type, browser version, referring URLs, and timestamps.
  • Analytics Data: how you navigate and interact with the Cronshift App or Site, session length, feature usage, and crash diagnostics (via tools such as Rollbar, Sentry, or similar).
  • Location Data: with your consent, Cronshift may collect location information to verify shift attendance, support payroll accuracy, and recommend nearby opportunities.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: cookies, pixel tags, SDKs, and other technologies to enhance your experience and track aggregated usage metrics.

C. Information from Third Parties:

We may receive Personal Information from:

  • Your employer or affiliated organization using Cronshift to manage staffing or scheduling.
  • Verification services (e.g., background check and credentialing partners).
  • Referral sources or colleagues who invite you to use Cronshift.
  • Social media platforms when you interact with our pages or sign in using a linked account.
  • Public or commercial data providers for contact or demographic enrichment.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We retain Personal Information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

Cronshift does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn a child has provided information, we will delete it promptly.
